We strive to ensure all product descriptions, specifications, and prices are accurate. However, minor variations in color or specification may occur. Product images are for illustrative purposes.

4. Orders and Payment Terms

4.1 Order Process

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including stock availability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraud.

4.2 Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal.

Payment is authorized at the time of order placement. Your card or account will be charged when your order is processed.

4.3 Shipping and Delivery

We ship globally, excluding select remote regions and parts of Asia, from our hub in Miami, USA.

• Order Processing: 1-2 business days.
• Standard Shipping (DHL/FedEx): $12.95. Delivery within 10-15 days after dispatch. Recommended for time-sensitive items like Bike Batteries or Bike Tools & Maintenance kits.
• Free Shipping (EMS): Available on orders over $50. Delivery within 15-25 days after dispatch. Ideal for non-urgent items like Bike Bolts or Chainrings.

Delivery times are estimates. Delays may occur due to customs procedures. You will receive tracking information upon dispatch.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Our policy is designed for clarity and fairness, reflecting our commitment to your satisfaction.

5.1 Return Window & Conditions

• Return Window: 15 days from the date of delivery.
• Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags and accessories intact.
• Proof of Purchase: Your order number is required.
• Return Shipping: Customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item).

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene, the following are final sale unless defective:

• Bicycle Helmets if the original sealed packaging is opened.
• Bike Decals with backing removed.
• Used Bike Tools & Maintenance items or items removed from sealed packaging.
• Bike Bolts and small hardware removed from original packaging.
• Any product marked “Final Sale.”

5.3 Refund Process

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3-10 business days after we receive and approve your return.

5.4 Exchanges

Exchanges for items of equal value (e.g., different size Bike Seatposts) are welcome. Follow the standard return process, requesting an exchange. Price differences will be invoiced.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Dolan Bike Store or its suppliers and is protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Dolan Bike Store will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or any products purchased, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business interruption.

Our total liability for any claim related to a product shall not exceed the purchase price of that product. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

It is the user’s responsibility to install and use all components, especially safety-critical items like Brake Calipers and Bicycle Helmets, correctly and in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
