  • Return Window: 15 days from the date of delivery.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags and accessories intact.
  • Proof of Purchase: Your order number is required.
  • Return Shipping: Customer responsibility, unless the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item).
  • Refund Method: Issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal).

Step 2: Receive Authorization & Instructions

Within 1-2 business days, our customer care team (fellow cyclists) will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions. Do not ship items back without this RMA number.

Step 3: Ship Your Item(s)

Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging. Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box. Ship to our Miami hub. We strongly recommend using a trackable service (DHL, FedEx) for your protection.

Step 4: Our Inspection & Final Processing

Upon receipt, our mechanics will inspect the returned items. Once approved, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 3-5 business days.

Refunds: Timing & Method

Your refund is processed with the same security as our checkout.

  • Timing: After we receive and approve your return:
    • Credit/Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
    • PayPal: 3-5 business days to reflect in your account.
  • Method: All refunds are issued only to the original payment method. This is a security measure aligned with our commitment to fraud prevention.

Important Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

To ensure safety, hygiene, and compliance, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective or damaged:

  • Bicycle Helmets – Returnable only if unopened in the original, sealed packaging due to strict safety/hygiene regulations.
  • Bike Decals – Considered custom/final sale once the backing is removed.
  • Bike Tools & Maintenance items that have been used or removed from sealed packaging.
  • Bike Bolts and similar small hardware removed from their original labeled packaging.
  • Any product marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” on its product page.

Note on Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your Bike Lights, Bike Batteries, or any item arrives damaged or is incorrect, contact us immediately. We will cover all return shipping costs and expedite a replacement or refund.

Exchanges

Need a different size of Bike Seatposts or color of Bike Water Bottles Cages? We happily offer exchanges for items of equal value. Follow the standard process, indicating “Exchange” as your preference. If the new item is of higher value, you will be invoiced for the difference plus shipping. Exchange shipping is free if the original shipment was our error.
