Our Returns Philosophy

Whether you’re fine-tuning your build with Bike Bolts or upgrading safety with a new Bicycle Helmet, we guarantee your satisfaction with the same care we apply to selecting our inventory.
The Essentials: Policy Overview
- Return Window: You have 15 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.
- Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags and accessories intact.
- Proof of Purchase: Your order number or receipt is required.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).
- Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
Step-by-Step Return & Exchange Process
We’ve designed this process to be as seamless as installing a new Bottom Bracket.
Step 1: Initiate Your Request
Within 15 days of delivery, contact our customer care team at [email protected]. Please use the template below to ensure we have all necessary information for swift processing.
Step 2: Receive Authorization & Instructions
Within 1-2 business days, our team (fellow cyclists who speak your language) will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions. Do not ship items back without an RMA number.
Step 3: Ship Your Item(s)
Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging, include the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box, and ship to our Miami hub. We recommend using a trackable service (like DHL or FedEx) for your protection.
Step 4: Our Inspection & Processing
Upon receipt at our warehouse, our mechanics will inspect the returned items. Once approved, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 3-5 business days.
Refunds: Timing & Method
Your refund will be processed with the same security as our checkout:
- Timing: After we receive and approve your return, please allow:
- Credit/Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
- PayPal: 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
- Method: All refunds are issued to the original payment method. We do not offer refunds to alternative accounts or methods for security reasons, mirroring our commitment to fraud prevention.
You will receive an email notification once your refund has been initiated.
Important Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
To ensure safety, hygiene, and compliance, the following items from our menu cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective or damaged:
- Bicycle Helmets: Due to strict safety and hygiene regulations, helmets can only be returned if unopened in their original, sealed packaging.
- Bike Decals: These are considered custom/final sale once the backing is removed.
- Bike Tools & Maintenance items that have been used or opened from their sealed packaging.
- Bike Bolts and other small hardware items that have been removed from their original labeled packaging.
- Any product that is specifically marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” on the product page.
Note on Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your Bike Batteries, Bike Lights, or any other component arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will cover all return shipping costs and expedite a replacement or refund.
Exchanges
Need a different size of Bike Seatposts or color of Bike Water Bottles Cages? We happily offer exchanges for items of equal value.
- Follow the standard return process above, indicating “Exchange” as your preference.
- If the exchange item is of higher value, you will be invoiced for the difference plus any additional shipping.
- Exchange shipping is free if the original shipment was incorrect or damaged due to our error.
